By using Ravi, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Service

Ravi is a spiritual companion and an education/culture application; it is not a mufti, scholar, or authority for religious rulings (fatwa). Ravi does not issue rulings or fatwas; it conveys canonical texts (verses, hadith) from verified sources and displays their references. For matters requiring a religious ruling, please consult a qualified authority and the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı).

3. Artificial Intelligence Content

The warm commentary and reflection texts in the chat are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Canonical quotations come from verified sources; nevertheless, on important matters, rely on the original source and qualified persons. Content generated by Ravi is not a substitute for professional religious, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

4. Intellectual Property

The application design, the Ravi character, the texts, and the software belong to us. The originals of the canonical texts are in the public domain; the translations used are subject to the relevant licenses/rights. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the application without permission.

5. Purchases

Optional support/purchases are processed through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to the terms of the relevant store. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the relevant store.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the application. For calculations such as prayer times, it is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the device clock and the city information you have selected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; your continued use means that you accept the current terms.

Ravi — Kullanım Şartları

Ravi'yi kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen dikkatle okuyun.

1. Hizmetin Niteliği

Ravi bir manevi yol arkadaşı ve eğitim/kültür uygulamasıdır; müftü, âlim veya fetva makamı değildir. Ravi hüküm/fetva vermez; kanonik metinleri (âyet, hadis) doğrulanmış kaynaklardan aktarır ve künyesini gösterir. Dinî hüküm gerektiren konularda ehline ve Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'na başvurun.

3. Yapay Zeka İçeriği

Sohbetteki sıcak yorum/tefekkür metinleri yapay zeka ile üretilir ve hata içerebilir. Kanonik alıntılar doğrulanmış kaynaktan gelir; yine de önemli konularda asıl kaynağı ve ehil kişileri esas alın. Ravi'nin ürettiği içerik, profesyonel dinî, hukuki, tıbbi veya psikolojik danışmanlık yerine geçmez.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama tasarımı, Ravi karakteri, metinler ve yazılım bize aittir. Kanonik metinlerin asılları kamu malıdır; kullanılan çeviriler ilgili lisans/haklara tabidir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya izinsiz dağıtamazsınız.

5. Satın Almalar

İsteğe bağlı destek/satın almalar Google Play veya App Store üzerinden işlenir ve ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir. İade talepleri ilgili mağaza politikalarına göre yürütülür.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırı

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Namaz vakti gibi hesaplamalar için cihaz saati ve seçtiğiniz şehir bilgisinin doğruluğunu kontrol etmek kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır; kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
