Ravi — Data Deletion

Ravi has no personal accounts. Almost all of your data is kept only on your device. For this reason, the fastest and most complete way to delete it is to uninstall the app.

1. Deleting Data on Your Device

Your city preference, prayer-bead/dhikr counters, daily streak, settings and downloaded recitation audio are stored only on your device. To delete them:

Uninstall the app — all local data is cleared; or
Follow Settings → Apps → Ravi → Storage → Clear data (Android).

2. Chat / Anonymous Identifier Data

If you have used the chat feature, an anonymous identifier may have been assigned to your device for abuse prevention and quota control (it does not personally identify you). If you would like the server-side records associated with this anonymous identifier (e.g. the daily quota counter) to be deleted:

Send an email to umutyagci@gmail.com with the subject "Ravi — data deletion request".
If possible, include the anonymous identifier / device code shown on the in-app Settings → About screen (if any).
We will process your request within 30 days.

3. What Will Be Deleted

All local data on the device (instantly, upon uninstalling/clearing).
Any server-side quota/usage records linked to the anonymous identifier, if present (upon request).

Note: Since Ravi does not collect personal information such as name, email or phone number, there is no personal profile to delete.

Ravi — Veri Silme

Ravi'de kişisel hesap yoktur. Verilerinizin neredeyse tamamı yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Bu yüzden en hızlı ve tam silme yöntemi uygulamayı kaldırmaktır.

1. Cihazdaki Verileri Silme

Şehir tercihiniz, tesbih/zikir sayaçlarınız, günlük seriniz, ayarlarınız ve indirilen kıraat sesleri yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Silmek için:

Uygulamayı kaldırın — tüm yerel veriler temizlenir; veya
Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Ravi → Depolama → Verileri temizle (Android) yolunu izleyin.

2. Sohbet / Anonim Kimlikle İlgili Veriler

Sohbet özelliğini kullandıysanız, cihazınıza kötüye kullanım ve kota kontrolü için anonim bir kimlik atanmış olabilir (sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamaz). Bu anonim kimlikle ilişkili sunucu tarafı kayıtların (ör. günlük kota sayacı) silinmesini isterseniz:

umutyagci@gmail.com adresine "Ravi — veri silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
Mümkünse uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Hakkında ekranında görünen anonim kimlik / cihaz kodunu ekleyin (varsa).
Talebinizi 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.

3. Nelerin Silineceği

Cihazdaki tüm yerel veriler (kaldırma/temizleme ile anında).
Varsa anonim kimliğe bağlı sunucu tarafı kota/kullanım kayıtları (talep üzerine).

Not: Ravi'de isim/e-posta/telefon gibi kişisel bilgiler toplanmadığı için silinecek kişisel profil bulunmaz.
