Child Safety Standards

Ravi is an app designed for family use. We treat children's safety as one of our highest priorities and adopt a policy of zero tolerance toward any form of abuse against children (CSAE — Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation).

1. Zero Tolerance

No content, conduct, or intent related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is permitted on Ravi. Such content is strictly prohibited and, when detected, is reported to the relevant legal authorities.

2. Family-Safe Design

Content is curated to be spiritual, cultural, and educational. It contains no violence, obscenity, or age-inappropriate material.
Ravi does not offer user-to-user messaging or social networking features. There is no channel through which children could communicate with strangers.
The app does not require a personal account or registration and does not collect location data.

3. AI Chat & Parental Guidance

The chat feature operates with a family-safe tone and content discipline; instead of answering sensitive or inappropriate topics, it steers the conversation toward a safe framework.
We recommend that young children use the AI chat under parental supervision.
AI-generated content may contain errors; on important matters, the guidance of parents and qualified individuals is essential (see Disclaimer).

4. Reporting & Contact

If you have any concern regarding child safety or suspect any misuse, please report it to us without delay: umutyagci@gmail.com. We treat all reports seriously and cooperate with the competent authorities when necessary.

In emergencies and where a crime is suspected, also contact your local law enforcement. In Türkiye, you may use the official channels for reporting child abuse (e.g., 155 Police Emergency, ALO 183 Social Support Line).

5. Legal Compliance

These standards are adopted to be consistent with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child protection laws. We review our standards and safeguards on a regular basis.

Çocuk Güvenliği İlkeleri

Ravi, ailece kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmış bir uygulamadır. Çocukların güvenliğini en yüksek önceliklerden biri olarak görürüz ve çocuklara yönelik her türlü istismara (CSAE — Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation) karşı sıfır tolerans ilkesini benimseriz.

1. Sıfır Tolerans

Ravi'de çocukların cinsel istismarı veya sömürüsüyle ilgili hiçbir içeriğe, davranışa veya niyete izin verilmez. Bu tür içerikler kesinlikle yasaktır ve tespit edildiğinde ilgili yasal mercilere bildirilir.

2. Aile-Güvenli Tasarım

İçerik; manevi, kültürel ve eğitici olacak şekilde küratörlüdür. Şiddet, müstehcenlik veya yaşa uygun olmayan materyal içermez.
Ravi kullanıcılar arası mesajlaşma veya sosyal ağ özelliği sunmaz. Çocukların yabancılarla iletişim kurabileceği bir kanal yoktur.
Uygulama kişisel hesap/kayıt istemez ve konum bilgisi toplamaz.

3. Yapay Zeka Sohbeti & Ebeveyn Rehberliği

Sohbet özelliği, aile-güvenli bir ton ve içerik disipliniyle çalışır; hassas/uygunsuz konularda cevap vermek yerine güvenli bir çerçeveye yönlendirir.
Küçük çocukların yapay zeka sohbetini ebeveyn gözetiminde kullanmasını öneririz.
Yapay zeka içeriği hata içerebilir; önemli konularda ebeveyn ve ehil kişilerin rehberliği esastır (bkz. Sorumluluk Reddi).

4. Bildirim & İletişim

Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili bir endişeniz veya bir kötüye kullanım şüpheniz varsa, lütfen gecikmeden bize bildirin: umutyagci@gmail.com. Bildirimleri ciddiyetle ele alır ve gereğinde yetkili mercilerle iş birliği yaparız.

Acil durumlarda ve suç şüphesinde ayrıca yerel kolluk kuvvetlerine başvurun. Türkiye'de çocuk istismarı ihbarları için resmî kanalları (ör. 155 Polis İmdat, ALO 183 Sosyal Destek Hattı) kullanabilirsiniz.

5. Yasalara Uyum

Bu ilkeler; Google Play Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları politikası ve yürürlükteki çocuk koruma yasalarıyla uyumlu olacak şekilde benimsenmiştir. İlkelerimizi ve önlemlerimizi düzenli olarak gözden geçiririz.
